About Constable David Irvin

David Irvin was born and raised in Pennsylvania and attended the University of Pittsburgh focusing on criminal justice studies. Shortly thereafter he joined the U.S. Air Force and proudly served in Operation Desert Shield in 1991. Separating from the military, David relocated to Arizona and continued his career in law enforcement and judicial studies by working for the, Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, the Mesa Police and CoreCivic; a local privatized prison. In the early 2000’s, Constable Irvin founded Sole Amicus, LLC. a private process serving company which he managed for over 13 years. David is married to his long time sweetheart Tammy, who share six children and two grandchildren. He was elected to the Office of Constable in 2010. | |
