Applications for Pinal County Bingo Process, Fireworks Display, and Liquor License

Original applications and fees are due in the Clerk of the Board (COB) Office thirty (30) days prior to a Regular Board Meeting of the said event for Board recommendation.

• By Hand Delivery: 135 N. Pinal Street, Florence, AZ 85132

Upon Board recommendation, the COB office will mail said application inclusive of the endorsement by local governing body form to the Arizona Department of Revenue for final decision.

The Pinal County local governing body fee shall be payable to Pinal County Government.

Class A - $5.00
Class B - $25.00
Class C - $50.00

FIREWORKS

LIQUOR LICENSES

There are three (3) types of liquor license and permit applications that are first submitted to the Clerk of the Board (COB) Office (Pinal County, unincorporated area only).

• By Mail P.O. Box 827 Florence, AZ 85132 or
• By Hand Delivery: 135 N. Pinal Street, Florence, AZ 85132

Original applications and fees are due in the Clerk of the Board (COB) Office thirty (30) days prior to a Regular Board Meeting of the said event for Board recommendation.

Upon Board recommendation, the COB office will forward said application inclusive of the endorsement by local governing body form to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control (AZDLLC) for final decision.

These three (3) types of applications are as follows and my be found at AZDLLC.

• Special Event License Applications (Series 15)
• Remote Tasting Room Applications (Series 19)
• Extension of Premises/Patio Permits

The Pinal County local governing body fee shall be payable to Pinal County Government.

Application for New License, Any Series    $100.00
Application for Location Transfer              $100.00
Application for Ownership Transfer           $50.00
Application for Sampling Privileges           $50.00
