Formula Shortage Information
AZ Department of Health Services is offering resources to help connect with critical information during the formula shortage. Click here for updates and guidance.
WIC provides nutrition education, breastfeeding support, supplemental foods and referrals to health care and other social services.
At this time, we are requiring all individuals coming in for services in any of our Pinal County Public Health Clinics to please be prepared and arrive with a mask on. This will not only protect yourself, but also others around you. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
ALL WIC appointments will be done by phone only. Please contact us at 1-866-960-0633 for all your WIC needs!

How does WIC support Breastfeeding? WIC is here to support your breastfeeding journey! All WIC staff are trained in providing breastfeeding support. In addition, the WIC International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) is available to provide extra breastfeeding help and support with any breastfeeding questions or concerns. WIC offers FREE breastfeeding classes at all Public Health clinics.
Pinal County WIC is also happy to welcome the Breastfeeding Peer Counselor program! Peer Counselors are mothers and breastfeeding champions from your community, just like you. Contact your local peer counselor for support and encouragement throughout your breastfeeding journey!
